Why can’t I buy a standard plan? (Downgrade from premium to standard plan) | If you are within the valid period of a premium plan, you must wait for it to expire before purchasing the standard plan again. | ||
Why was my validity period lost? (Upgrade from standard to premium plan) | If you upgrade to the premium plan while your current plan is still valid, half of the remaining days will be added to your new plan. For example, if you have 10 days left, your upgraded plan will be valid for 35 days (5 days from the remaining plan + 30 days of the new plan). | ||
